Welcome! QSL was founded in March 2003. The mission is:

1) to explore Silicon-based and Zinc Oxide-based thin films, nanowires, and quantum dots and their nanoelectronic and optoelectronic devices

2) to prepare next-generation engineers and leaders in these fields
