QSL welcomes postdoc researchers and PhD students in the following
research areas only:
1) Nano-scale nonvolatile memories toward and beyond CMOS
ultimate limit: nanofabrication, nanocrystal memory,
resistive random access memory, memory utilizing spins in semiconductors, memory
considering band gaps of semiconductors, 3D electronics, etc.
2) Epitaxial
growth of graphene and devices.
3) ZnO optoelectronics and spintronics:
Molecular beam epitaxial ZnO films, LEDs, photodetectors, lasers,
transistors, memories, spin devices, etc.
